Apologies for in stream question, but what book is it that you are referring to?Animal fats not good either. Pork scratching is in the bin! Bacon rind to be cut off again. Im going to be a bit more selective of my fats. Cheese has always been controversial. Cashew nuts for my leptin level not almonds.
Diet can make or break you!!!
7.1 for me, not bad after a flemish stew, frites and cleaning the plate with bread in St Omer last night
I'm reading one at mo about leptin resistance but the book I guess debrasue was reading was potassium nutrition by charls weber. I was also reading anti- inflammation cookbook by diana watson. Which all back each other up about diet making the difference with arthritic flare ups.Apologies for in stream question, but what book is it that you are referring to?
Was in the Restaurant 3 Caves On way home from a long w/e of pilgrimage to the CWG CemeteriesYou are living the dream I'm jealous - love St Omer!
