It most certainly isn't just all about carb control. Necessary but far from sufficient. I have also found some evidence that LC can cause poor sleep. Haters gonna hate any hint of clouds in the LC sky but that is very much my experience which is why I went looking. I imagine it is a nightmare for those working, especially on shifts.7.4 yesterday poor sleep ..and a much better 6.2 this am .I'm beginning to think that poor sleep is worse than high carbs.
