What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Just a couple of black coffees this morning.
Hungry by lunchtime so had bacon and eggs and a slice of L/c bread and butter.
Dinner was rump steak and air fried veg followed by blackberries and Greek yoghurt

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch hummus and celery followed by a few berries and yoghurt
Dinner cold roast chicken, one sausage and salads including home grown garden tomatoes and basil leaves plus chargrilled, skinned and sliced peppers

Followed by hm LC BlackBerry and cinnamon cake warmed and served with cream.
 
Have a kettle now....
Coffee and cream x 2
Tomato and hummus crisps
Yogurt and blueberries
Chicken breast and coleslaw and tomatoes
 
B-scrambled eggs and chilli sauerkraut.
A gloriously sunny day so we spent it at the beach. I took a packed lunch as the beach shack doesn’t sell anything I can eat. ( good coffee though) Smoked salmon and cream cheese L/c sandwich, some nuts and a DGF cake.
Dinner at home bacon cheese burger. No bun but air fried 2 slices of aubergine to top and tail it. Courgette salad, mushrooms and a slice of tomato.

B: scrambled eggs with chilli sauerkraut.
Had 11 yo granddaughter round so we went blackberrying, then made blackberry clafoutis which we ate for pudding with cream after lunch of tuna salad.
D: air fried duck breast with steamed cabbage and a carrot. More clafoutis and cream.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: Balti chicken curry with cauliflower rice.

Rachox. Could you once again, give us a recipe for your coconut 'porridge' please? I've lost my copy and can't find it on this site again.

Dinner: liver in onion gravy with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Breakfast kefir then mushrooms with poached egg ( I solved today's wordle very rapidly as the word was Kefir and I have it daily! )
Lunch hummus and celery followed by a few berries and yoghurt
Dinner another low carb wrap but today spread with labneh, olives and peppers and pulled pork photos before and after folding to show innards

Followed by hm LC cinnamon and Blackberry pudding warmed and served with spoon of cream.
