What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast - fried egg on slc roll. half of a peanut butter grenade bar, all washed down with a mug of earl grey tea

Dinner - Five guys double bacon cheese burger wrapped in iceberg lettuce leaves with added tomato, double mushrooms, fried onions and a little relish - a meal in itself! Half of an aldi moser roth 85% dark chocolate individual bar (2 carbs), small bottle of sugar free fizzy juice
 
Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs on slice of hm LC toast
Lunch on the move just grabbed a piece of vintage cheddar
I was out in a town today with a medium sized M and S (Kidderminster)- but sadly no seeded crackers. I even spoke to the food hall manager who said they are just slowly introducing the fewer ingredients products! I have a trip to a city and a larger M and S next week so hopefully will have more luck there!
Dinner chicken breast stuffed with cheese and served with a mushroom and sauce, broccoli, sugar snaps and French beans.

Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
 
Just black coffee first thing then an energetic morning so I felt justified in having a L/c pizza for lunch. Topped with sour cream (which I prefer to tomato sauce) ham and mushrooms. Slice of lc ginger cake.
Dinner was pheasant stew with bacon garlic mushrooms and green beans. Montezuma’s AB with almonds.
@shelley[emoji6] I think I’d better go to another M&S tomorrow to check it out after your experience. Hope you find some soon.

Breakfast - Glass of kefir, 2 boiled eggs mashed up in a cup with butter. 1 square 90% lindtt washed down with a mug of earl grey tea

elevensies - 1 grenade bar and another mug of earl grey

Dinner - salmon with a lemon & herb topping with some broccoli cheese. Kefir yoghurt with chia seeds & flaxseeds mixed through and topped with raspberries & blueberries. 1 square 90% lindtt. Large glass of sugar free pepsi mango flavour
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: salt, pepper and chilli pork belly slice with carrots, cauliflower, brocolli, gravy and a smidge of apple sauce.

Chicken Ceaser wrap

Lunch hummus and seeded crackers ( olinas) followed by two squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner pork saltimboca, mushrooms, broccoli, green beans and sugar snap peas. Followed by hm LC coffee and walnut cake.

Usual brunch. No, I don't ever get bored with it. Teatime piece of goat cheese with one cracker. That's my carbs taken care of. Dinner - pork chop with cauliflower, sprouts and 1 carrot. 4 squares of Monte's

Dinner: scrambled eggs on Marmite on low carb toast.

Black coffee then off to M&S to see if this branch had seedy crackers - they did and I also picked up a lot of yellow sticker bargains.
Made mackerel pate for lunch with yellow sticker smoked mackerel and had it with the crackers. H/m Ginger cake to follow.
More yellow sticker fish for dinner - haddock with Barber’s cheddar rarebit. Served with green leaves and Edemame beans. H/m yoghurt for pud.

Usual brunch plus 2 tablespoons of hummus - just for the carbs. Dinner was roast beef with a carrot for the carbs, cauliflower, sprouts and broccoli. 4 squares Monte's afterwards.
 
Breakfast h/m yoghurt with seeds and blueberries.
Lunch was a big salad topped with feta, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and turmeric&ginger sauerkraut. Slice of hm l/c ginger cake.
Dinner was M&S ‘just ingredients’ burger with cheese and bacon in a L/c roll. A really nice burger.
