What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lemon and herb baked salmon fillet with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Breakfast yoghurt with seeds
Then out to Brum for my second attempt in a different place to buy M and S Seeded crackers - sadly in vain, found the empty shelf and a member of staff scanned the shelf label and said sorry non in warehouse either! I did buy a bag of Serranno ham crisps for my lunch and a jar of the impressive looking 6 ingredients olive oil Mayonnaise very few mayos use just olive oil, egg yolk, white wine vinegar, water, sea salt and dried mustard and no artificial emulsifiers. Just hope if like it I'll be able buy again unlike the seed crackers!

Dinner chicken breast stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon served with vegetables. Followed by hm LC lemon drizzle cake.
I'm planning to check another M and S tomorrow as there for a carers course but not hopeful and as Ocado showing as out of stock in my area it maybe back to my usual Olinas from Waitrose!
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 3
Avocado smashed with Poached eggs
Very excited....when I went to Lidl the other day managed to get a large jar of herrings. Nothing extra except brine and a little onion. Have been looking for ages and ages
Rest of the day Herring fillets......Delicious......

Dinner: carbonara made with low carb pasta, plus a sprinkling of mature grated cheddar on top.

Black coffee this morning.
Lunch turned out to be just salady stuff. Was meant to be a wrap too but it was a bit of a disaster and ended up in the bin.
Dinner was better - air fried duck breast, broccoli and sprouts sauteed in butter. Raspberries and clotted cream to follow.

@shelley262 I like that M&S mayo, it’s expensive but so is home made with olive oil. The whole of their minimum ingredients range has impressed me. I’ve tried the sausages, burgers and meatballs too. It’s so annoying about the seedy crackers disappearing again though.

Lunch hm LC roll with cheese Followed by hm LC Christmas Cake
Dinner gammon steak with cheese topping served with mushrooms and cauliflower followed by piece of hm LC ginger cake warmed and served with cream.

B- yoghurt with seeds and raspberries.
L- Air fried fish cake (made with a tin of sardines mashed with a beaten egg and enough grated cheese to hold it all together) avocado, sauerkraut and red pepper. DGF blondie.
D- Pork chop, cauli mash and cabbage. DGF peanut butter egg.

Lunch hm LC cheesy protein roll with cheese and celery followed by slice of hm LC Christmas cake
Dinner salmon, cauliflower and broccoli followed by hm LC lemon drizzle.

Corned Beef
