Lunch: scrambled eggs on a couple of slices of sourdough toast
Dinner: a small portion of rice fried with onions, peas, mushrooms, egg and frankfurters
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch hm LC roll with cheese followed by piece of hm LC coffee with walnuts and cinnamon panda flour cake ( made this morning)
Dinner hm LC curry served with fresh coriander and hm LC flatbread
Followed by hm LC chocolate brownie
Black coffee then Park Walk this morning and a handful of nuts when I got in.
Lunch was air fried chicken wings with mayo and Nando’s peri peri sauce.
Dinner- meatballs with a h/m creamy garlicky sauce. 6 sq ( yes 6!) Montezuma’s AB
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: same as last night, new pic!

Lunch slice of hm LC bread with ham and mustard followed by hm LC Christmas Cake
Dinner roast chicken with cauliflower mash and a few carrots followed by hm LC sticky spicy ginger cake warmed and served with cream.
Lunch: sirloin steak with green beans, sprouts, carrots & broccoli with a couple a small sautéed potatoes
Snack: small pork pie with Greek-style yoghurt (but not together)
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.

Dinner at home this Sunday: M&S seed crackers with Brie and a smidge of cranberry plus coleslaw, followed DGF crimbo crumble and extra thick double cream.

Usual brunch plus half a tub of hummus. Teatime 1 dry cracker. Dinner was steak with broccoli, one carrot and some cauliflower, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares of Montezuma's.

D- DD chicken Caprese casserole, with spinach.
I’ve been struggling to keep BG down recently so decided to go back to https://www.dietdoctor.com/ recipes and meal plans again to try to regain some control.
Lunch: Some Greek-style yoghurt followed by a ham & pickle wholemeal sandwich
Dinner: A cheese-encrusted mushroom & cheese omelette, with carrots & peas (should have fried the cheese a bit longer)
