Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: smoked salmon and cream cheese on M&S seed crackers with coleslaw.
My local M&S food store has no more seed crackers but I noticed in the week that my city centre store still has them.

Your crackers look very much like the ones I make. I use Oh She Glows Endurance crackers recipe. It’s very easy, and very delicious. I’m suggesting this as it sounds like M and S don’t always carry them.

Thanks for this, you’re right, M&S are a bit hit and miss with stocking their crackers. I’ve saved your endurance cracker recipe to CopyMeThat in case of emergencies. They do look nice and easy.

Later on a handful of almonds.
