What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Cottage Cheese and tomatoes
Ham and coleslaw
Roast Lamb with red peppers and mint
 
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers and a small piece of goat cheese. Dinner was leftover roast lamb from yesterday's joint, cooked into a peasant meal with aubergine, green tomatoes and leeks. Plenty left from the joint which will be trimmed off the bone and frozen for another peasant meal later on. 4 squares of Monte's just finished.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: creamy garlic prawns with sliced sautéed courgettes.

Wednesday morning is Aquafit so just black coffee beforehand.
Lunch was Welsh Rarebit (on L/C toast) followed by a bit of Montezuma’s.
Dinner was fathead pizza. Not a very neat crust but very tasty nevertheless.

Usual brunch. Teatime getting-to-be-usual 2 dry crackers and a small piece of goat cheese. Dinner was beef mince cooked in tinned tomatoes, as a clearout of the kitchen cupboard showed a vast number of tins of tomatoes - was a bit of a Student meal, but very nice.

Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: 90% pork sausages with carrots, runner beans, a splash of gravy and apple sauce.

Ham and cheese L/c toastie for brunch.
Mid aft - 4 unnecessary sq Montezuma’s AB. Just feeling fed up with the rain.
Dinner- Haddock gratin (sauce made with mushrooms, garlic, spinach, red pepper and cream. Topped with cheese) roast cauli florets. Tasted good but Looked a mess when it was plated up. 4 more sq Montezuma’s.

First meal was a slice of LC toast, a generous amount of butter, half with a hard Dutch goats cheese with fenugreek, half with a camembert like cheese.
Evening meal was the last of the salad I made on tuesday with extra kimchi, and two stolen meatballs. There were still 6 of them in the pot after my tenant had eaten. I obtained permission but only after I'd already eaten them, will make up for it with a meat loaf later this week.
 
Lunch: a wholemeal egg mayonnaise sandwich
Dinner: shredded sprouts, chopped frankfurters, onions, tomatoes & sugar snap peas fried with a small portion of rice
(using up stuff from the fridge - was nice but could do with a bit more work)
