What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch slice of hm LC fruit loaf buttered served with cheese and a few walnuts
Dinner sea bream served with peas. (a portion of cooked garden peas do always put my sugars up briefly to 7 but it doesn't stay high for long ( about 20 mins) I love them with fish so sticking with them!) Followed by a hm LC chocolate brownie.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: low carb cheese, tomato and mushroom pizza with coleslaw.

B- black coffee, slice of L/c bread and cheese.
L- toasted L/c bread topped with mashed avocado and boiled egg. Not as nice as I’d hoped - what I really craved was a crunchy sourdough. DGF peanut butter egg.
D- pork chop, grilled halloumi and kale tossed in garlic butter. Four sq Montezuma’s ( it’s still raining! @MommaE and @Outlier you’re right it is medicinal and does improve things!)

I picked up a venison box from a local farm yesterday so this morning I had a cold venison sausage. Nice but put BG up too much so Paul better have the rest.
Lunch was a cheese L/c sandwich followed by a DGF peanut butter egg.
Dinner venison loin steak ( safer than sausage) with airfried veg and 1/2 avocado. A couple of slivers of French cheese with M&S seedy crackers. (I found 10 packs of the crackers in my cupboard today! no idea Id bought so many)

Lunch hm LC Christmas Cake with cheese followed by two squares of 90% chocolate
Bought some Yorkshire pink forced rhubarb so was inspired to make a Panda Flour rhubarb and ginger upside down cake - delicious.

Also harvested some early English mint from my garden to make a mint raita to go with this evening's curry.

Wasn't able to post yesterday, so - usual brunch, teatime half a small PORK PIE with mustard, Dinner was chicken with broccoli, 1 carrot and sprouts, 4 squares Monte's. Today was usual brunch, teatime 2 dry crackers and a small piece of goat cheese, dinner was steak with sprouts cauliflower and 1 carrot, a glass of red wine, and usual Montezuma's.
 
Usual brunch. Teatime a quarter of a small Melton Mowbray pork pie with lots of English mustard. Dinner was steak and asparagus with a glass of red wine, and followed by 4 squares of Montezuma's. How the rich do live!
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Too much cream cheese
Greek yogurt and too many blueberries....
Ham and coleslaw...
Just over eaten today!!!!
 
Forgot to post yesterday. Don’t think I had breakfast, and can’t remember what I had for lunch.
Dinner was a chicken and mushroom pie made with Panda flour pastry. Cabbage and Tenderstem broccoli. Cheese with m&S seedy crackers to follow.

A very cheesy day trying to use up stuff in the fridge before we go away for a couple of days
B- Black coffee x3. Longley Farm cottage cheese with M&S seedy crackers.
L- Boiled eggs with Edam microwave crackers.
D- Slice of ham, broccoli cheese and a spoonful of ginger&turmeric sauerkraut. DGF peanut butter egg.

Lunch: a wholemeal corned beef, mustard and pickle sandwich
Dinner: a home made chicken & mushroom Jalfrezi with a small portion of Basmati rice fried with onions and peas
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bolognese with sliced sautéed courgette and a sprinkling of mature cheddar.
