A travelling day today fuelled by black coffee.
Packed lunch of a couple of L/c rolls filled with ham and cheese.
Dinner out at Flat Iron. Delicious bavette steak with a kale and parmesan salad. Had to turn down the complementary ice cream cone at the end but I’d packed a bar of Montezuma’s and ate a few squares of that.

Clear fluids only this morning, so water and far too many black coffees.
Lunch at Byron: a bunless bacon cheeseburger. I like the fact there was a menu option to sub the bun for a salad ( which wasn’t just a few wilted leaves.)
Dinner back at Flat Iron as it’s close to the hotel: flat iron steak with creamed spinach. 1 glass Malbec. A DGF peanut butter chocolate egg.

Usual brunch. Dinner was chicken thighs with cauliflower broccoli and sprouts, one glass of red wine - the last of the bottle, followed by 4 squares Montezumas. No extra carbs today, must try harder as I need to eat carbs to support my body through the 'flozin.

B- Half a pack M&S rollitos.
L- Tapas selection. Always a good call when out and about.
D- A glass of champagne to celebrate a good hospital result. Then shared a seafood platter of king prawns, scallops and squid ( actually I didn’t have the squid as it was battered). Followed by ribeye steak and Tenderstem broccoli.

Wonderful that you had good news to celebrate with champagne. Your meals out too have been terrific - low carb and look delicious too.
