OH was out today, so had same food as usual in different order as I can't get it for myself due to stroke damage.. Brunch of mixed nuts, small piece goat cheese and 2 dry crackers. Teatime plain yoghurt with pumpkin seeds, sunlower seeds , pine nuts and sesame seeds. Dinner was sort of Mediterranean thing with leftover beef, peppers, green tomatoes, aubergine, leeks and olives, 1 large glass red wine instead of my usual small glass, followed by 4 squares of Monte's.

Black coffee before Parkrun (walk) then a couple of spoonfuls cottage cheese when I got home, before heading out to Tintagel for the day.
Wasn’t expecting to find any suitable food in the cafes ( I was right) so took M&S chorizo crisps and a packet of Cheesies with me.
Dinner at home was steak and salad.

Usual brunch. Teatime half a very small pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was Cottage pie with cheese topping, sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli plus half a carrot, one glass red wine, 4 squares Monte's.

Lunch was a sausage and mustard wholemeal toast sandwich. And dinner was a home made chilli con carne, with broad beans as I don't like red kidney beans, on fried cauliflower rice, with some Greek-style yoghurt, as I made it a bit hot.

Those hot cross buns look fabulous @shelley262 (mine were a little more rustic!!)
Today I had a lot of black coffee this morning then a packet of Masons Meats rib cap jerky. This is expensive but tastes amazing. Each large packet contains the same amount as a whole steak. 4 sq Montezuma’s
Dinner was a cheese omelette with turmeric&ginger sauerkraut, avocado and steamed greens with Parmesan. DGF brownie and cream.
I can’t seem to post photos again.

Usual brunch. Nothing at teatime. Dinner was steak with cauliflower, broccoli and sprouts. 1 glass red wine 1 shot brandy, 4 squares of dark chocolate that was free with parcel of nuts and seeds. Not 100% like the Monte's but over 80.
