What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Usual brunch and teatime quarter of small pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was green herby salad and cheese and muhroom omelette, followed by 4 squares of Monte's
 
Black coffee x3
Lunch: cold deli beef and h/m coleslaw. DGF Dubai egg.
Dinner chunky portion of belly pork with steamed greens and roast cauli. DGF Crimbo crumble.

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: low carb cheese, tomato and mushroom pizza with coleslaw.

Impressive restraint avoiding double portions today!
I was tempted, but since being confined to a wheelchair and having to add small amounts of carbs to my intake because of the 'flozin, I have regained some of the weight I lost when I first went keto, and it upsets me. However, there isn't much I can cut down on.
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x2
Cheese
Smoked salmon for the rest of the day
Glass of full fat milk

I think that makes your restraint even more impressive, I do hope you are soon rewarded by losing that bit of weight.
 
Brunch of ham and eggs.
Dinner beef short ribs cooked slowly on a bed of shallots. Broccoli and fried mushrooms.
A couple of h/m L/c cookies to follow. I messed up the recipe because I didn’t put my glasses on and misread one of the ingredients. They were still edible - just.

Usual brunch. Usual teatime 2 small slices of pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was steak with sprouts, cauliflower and a small tot of brandy, followed by 4 squares of Monte's
 
Early - a couple of the failed L/c cookies.
Mid morning- slice of beef spread with cream cheese and rolled around a gherkin.
Main meal - slow roast belly pork and crackling with cabbage, cauli&broccoli cheese, green beans with garlic and toasted almonds. Pud was blueberry and white chocolate mousse ( white choc from DGF )
 
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch was some of my low carb baking from this morning two small sausage rolls followed by small piece of lemon cake. Made the low carb sausage rolls using a Panda Pantry suet pastry mix. Below photo of today's baking

Dinner roast chicken served with sprouts and a few carrots.

Today for lunch I went to a café. I had beef, green beans, carrots, broccoli, a couple of quite soggy roasties, and a small Yorkshire pudding. The veg wasn't great; it was overcooked for my liking. But the biosensor seemed to approve. And tea was a ham & boiled egg roll.
 
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers and a small piece of goat cheese. Dinner was roast chicken with sprouts and cauliflower, 1 small glass brandy, not really worth getting the glass wet for, followed by 4 squares Monte's
