What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Lunch: sausage roll
Dinner: beef chilli on fried cauliflower rice

Your colly rice looks impressive, mine usually turns out a bit soggy, but I am persevering and trying to just cook it for a minute or two and catch it before it overcooks.
 
A day of eating up leftovers and things in the fridge.
Black coffee until lunch of cold beef, feta and walnuts. DGF Dubai egg.
Dinner was the last slice of beef with leftover cauli cheese and a past-it’s-best avocado. The last little blueberry and white chocolate mousse pot.
No photo - none of it was very photogenic.
What makes an egg “ Dubai” other than an Dubian chicken of course?

I use frozen and fry it with mushrooms and onions on medium-high for about ten minutes.
 
What makes an egg “ Dubai” other than an Dubian chicken of course?

Oh it’s not an actual egg - it’s a low carb chocolate half egg filled with the current trend in chocolate (apparently) - the Dubai filling is a pistachio and crispy delicious concoction. Made by Deliciously Guilt Free.
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 3
Turkey breast stir fry with veg x 2. 1 lunch and 1 dinner
 
Meal schedules awry due to medical appointment at 1pm. SO - usual brunch but not until 3pm, when I was more than ready for it! Didn't take 'flozin until then because of the diuretic effect. So may have a lively night! No teatime food due to late lunch, but dinner was cottage pie with cheese and mash topping - again for the 'flozin because I need to give it some carbs, but nobody can tell me how many, and neither can the Information sheet. Also sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli, then 4 squares of Monte's that I felt I really deserved.
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: lamb shank in mint gravy with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and a teaspoon of rosemary jelly.

Black coffee this morning then out for a hosp app and treated myself to a slice of deli frittata ( it has no potatoes) and a couple of bits of local cheese.
Dinner was a small lamb steak, slice of lambs liver, greens, broccoli and a large grilled mushroom.

Went well this morning.
Coffee and cream
Cheese and tomato Omelette
Then as I had no tea, bought some Keto Granola. When I got home realized a very bad idea. (Tastes too nice).
3 Portions for the rest of the day......shall test B/S Later. Rolling around laughing...5.8

Usual brunch. Teatime carb for the 'flozin was half a cocktail-sized pork pie with English mustard. Dnner was belly pork with cauliflower and sprouts, followed by 4 squares of Monte's
 
Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg.
Lunch hm LC sausage rolls followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
Dinner wonderful early English asparagus served with sea bream and olive oil Mayonnaise - a spring like meal on a cold blustery autumn like day weather wise!

Looks fab and wow! English asparagus! I’m envious.
