What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch hm LC sausage roll followed by hm LC hot cross bun
Dinner cheeseburger in hm LC cheesy protein roll served with some conservatory grown salad leaves (from cosburg seeds) and a few supermarket UK tomatoes

2 boiled eggs for breakfast.
Lunch was a tuna Niçoise salad followed by a DGF chocolate egg.
Dinner chicken stir fry with a sort of satay sauce I cobbled together at the last minute with a bit of the coconut milk I used to make pud (which was Choc chia pudding).
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop cappuccino and a Shock protein bar.
Dinner: 95% meat sausages with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, gravy and a teaspoon of apple sauce.

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers and a shot of brandy. Dinner was roast chicken with cauliflower and broccoli, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares Monte's.

Made low carb lasagne today - 4 portions so that 3 now in the freezer @Antje77 recipe requested below:
Bolognese was slow cooked beef and pork mince (500g of each), with a tin of plum tomatoes, dash of red wine, tomato puree, some water to loosen and seasonings to taste -garlic, dried onion, mixed herbs and celery salt.
Made low carb pasta using Panda Golden flour - 125 g of golden panda flour, 4g of salt, mixed with 5 medium eggs and 30g of olive oil. Rolled out on panda floured mat into eight rectangular pasta sheets.
Lc sauce melted 80g of butter, added 20g of standard panda flour cooked till pale brown then slowly added a mix of 40g of cream with 260g of water. Heated until thickened. Then added grated vintage cheddar cheese to melt into the sauce
Assembled one layer of Bolognese sauce, one sheet of pasta, repeated then topped with cheese sauce and a sprinkle of extra grated cheese. Made four portions one popped in oven for dinner.

Lunch: a supermarket malted bread prawn mayo sandwich (spiked me more than wholemeal does)
Dinner: red Thai chicken curry with jasmine rice (doesn't spike me that much)

Lunch mackerel fillets with seeded crackers followed by hm LC lemon drizzle cake
Dinner made Panda Flour pizza bases this afternoon - four individual pizza bases - two for dinner and two popped in freezer for another time. Made a rich concentrated tomato puree and topped with this, chorizo and grated cheese and served with salad.

One of those days. No Plan!
Started off ok.
Cheese and tomato Omlette.

Chicken ham Pie 1/2
On my travels 1 Hot x Bun and cup of tea....
 
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner peasant stew of leftover beef snd chicken, aubergine, green tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, spring onions and courgettes. 1 glass red wine and a small brandy. 4 squares Monte's.

Lunch- slice of Schneiderbrot protein bread topped with cream cheese, roast beef and sauerkraut. L/c ginger cake and clotted cream.
Dinner - slow cooked pheasant casserole with cabbage. Choc chia pudding.

No breakfast as early dentist treatment appointment - meals planned carefully today as knew would have temporary crown fitted!
Lunch three egg omelette served with a few salad leaves

Dinner sea bream and cauliflower mash followed by hm LC chocolate brownie.
 
Usual brunch, usual teatime 2 dry crackers, I'm so predictable aren't I. Dinner was steak broccoli and cauliflower, followed by 4 squares Monte's. No wine as had the last of it yesterday and will plan an alcohol-free week before I open the next bottle.
