What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast kefir then bacon and egg
Lunch cheese and M and S seeded crackers followed by hm LC ginger cake
Dinner hm LC pizza topped with passata, chicken and chorizo and cheese and served with salads. Looks a bit overcooked but was delicious I deliberately cooked longer this time to crisp the base.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Lamb cold and mint
Cheese
Smoked salmon
 
Coffee until lunch of ham, Emmental and mustard lc roll, then some almonds coated in the chocolate/ coconut oil mix from the nutty clusters I made recently.
Dinner was leftovers from yesterday too - lamb shoulder with cauli cheese and a big pile of leftover greens. DGF peanut butter egg.
BTW I noticed Montezuma’s AB eggs are now 1/2 price at £6:50 each
 
Usual brunch. No crackers today as had medical appointment so no lunch until 1430. Therefore didn't get the teatime hunger gap. Dinner was grilled pork rashers with cabbage, sprouts and cauliflower, followed by 4 squares Monte's
 
Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: tuna melts with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, followed by some 85% Easter egg.

Breakfast kefir then scrambled eggs
Lunch picnic of hm lc cheesy protein roll followed by hm LC coffee and walnut cake
Dinner last of roast chicken served cold with salads followed by a few squares of 90% Easter chocolate.
 
Had a fasting blood test today so didn’t have my usual 3 coffees, instead I got a banging headache. Time to cut down on the caffeine I think!
Yoghurt with h/m granola when I got home ( and 2 coffees which cleared the headache)
Handful of macadamia nuts around lunchtime.
Dinner was an Iceland frozen meal - Red Shrimp with roasted garlic and herb butter. I had it with zero carb konjac rice, it would have been great with some crusty bread though. DGF cake to follow v

Dinner: corned beef hash made with cauliflower rice instead of potatoes, with runner beans, carrots and a few spots of zero ketchup.

Lunch: a corned beef & pickle wholemeal sandwich
Dinner: a chicken Jalfrezi (with added green beans) and a small portion of pilau rice
 
Usual brunch and teatime dry crackers. Dinner was a lamb chop - so big it was more like a rhinocerous chop - sprouts and cauliflower, followed by 4 lovely squares of Monte's.
 
Breakfast kefir then poached egg and mushrooms
Lunch cheese and seeded crackers followed by yoghurt mixed with a few frozen raspberries - nice and cooling on this hot day.
Dinner reheated one of the low carb lasagnes I made and froze last week served with salad. Pleased how tasty it was still after freezing and reheating - perfect for busy days.

Medical appt so late brunch with usual suspects. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner of roast lamb with sprouts and cauliflower, 1 glass red wine, followed by 4 squares Monte's.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese on Schneiderbrot protein bread for breakfast.
Lunch was airfried chicken wings
Dinner - a BBQ to celebrate a daughter’s birthday. I had a M&S burger topped with cheese and some salad. I made the birthday girl a low carb lemon drizzle cake and had a slice of that with everyone else afterwards ( the cake was pronounced ‘bangin’ I think that’s good!!)

Black coffee this morning.
Lunch was smoked salmon, scrambled egg and avocado followed by some 100% AB
We are out this evening at the open air Minack Theatre on the windy Cornish coast. I’ve packed a picnic of L/c beef and cheese rolls, tuna melts, h/m scotch eggs and h/m lc lemon drizzle cake. They sell hot drinks there than goodness.

Dinner cheese burger in a hm LC cheesy protein roll ( must make more for the freezer this weekend as last ones used today! My low carb Panda flour subscription arrived this morning so can get baking again) served with salad. I've enjoyed the beetroot this week but it is a bit of a carby salad vegetable - the radish is definitely a much lower carb root.
