What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: my usual low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: coffee shop coconut cappuccino and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese, tomato and mushroom omelette.

Breakfast kefir then poached egg and mushrooms.
No lunch but treated myself to a cafe flat white coffee while out. ( normally try to stick to black coffee or sometimes with a dash of cream)
Dinner roast salmon served with fine green beans and olive oil mayonnaise. Followed by a portion of hm LC ginger cake

Usual brunch and teatime dry crackers. Dinnwer was steak with broccoli and cauliflower, 1 glass red wine 1 shot brandy, 4 squares Monte's

Cold Pork, British Piccalilli, Tomato
2 Milk lollies
 
Breakfast a couple of sort boiled eggs with microwaved Gouda slices for dipping ‘soldiers’
L- 2 tuna melts followed by L/c lemon drizzle cake
D- steak with asparagus ( sadly not English @shelley262 ) and a large mushroom with blue cheese filling. 100% choc and a couple of nuts.

Lunch: a ham & pickle wholemeal sandwich
Dinner: some Greek-style (10% fat) yoghurt followed by a small pork pie and a Cornish pasty
 
Brunch kefir then poached egg on one slice of hm LC toast. Caught up with low carb bread making today - a golden panda protein loaf and cheesy protein rolls. All stashed in freezer now.

Dinner hm LC lasagne and salad (a previously made and frozen portion of lasagne reheated) followed by a few frozen berries and yoghurt

Breakfast- slice of Schneiderbrot protein bread topped with avocado,cottage cheese and sauerkraut.
L- H/m lc scotch egg and a tuna melt. Montezuma’s AB
D- pork chop topped with a slice of blue cheese, stir fried veg. Pud was 0% fat Greek yoghurt and h/m granola.

Breakfast- Greek yoghurt and hm granola. Slice of cheese.
No lunch today, I was out getting caught in rainstorms.
Dinner - braised beef and veg I’d popped in the slow cooker before going out. Slice of lc lemon drizzle cake.

@DJC3 I also missed lunch as out and about in rain but had some bright weather too and finding some local asparagus for dinner was another sunny moment!
Dinner roast chicken with high percentage pork chipolata sausages and delicious local asparagus

Followed by a few frozen berries mixed with a few spoons of yoghurt.

Usual brunch and teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was cottage pie with cheesy crust, cauliflower and broccoli plus 1 glass red wine - the last of the bottle boohoo. Should be followed by 4 squares of Monte's, but Mr. Outlier seems to have forgotten.
