Do you just use the wild garlic leaves or the flowers as well? I've always been a bit nervous foraging wild garlic but have found a fairly secluded place with lots of wild garlic well away from roads and not in a dog walking\weeing area! I also forage only the higher up blackberries!Breakfast: my favourite at this time of year - scrambled egg with wild garlic. Low carb toast and kimchi.
Lunch- the last of Sunday’s cabbage bake, served cold like a frittata it was even better than fresh out of the oven.
Dinner- more leftovers, the last of the beef with green beans. DGF Crimbo Crumble
