What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

We have wild garlic in the garden. Worth planting some - it grows like wildfire!
Usual brunch 2 hours late as had medical appointment. 2 coffees with cream. Teatime 2 small slices of pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was roast chicken with cauliflower and broccoli, 1 glass red wine, bottle finished now boohoo 4 squares Monte's overdue, can't get the staff nowadays!
 
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee.
Lunch out with a friend for her birthday, bunless burger, caramelised onion chutney, Brie, salad and half the chips, I took the pic before the extra bacon I ordered was brought to the table!
Late afternoon: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Late Dinner, didn’t feel that hungry so two scrambled eggs.

I’ve thought about planting it but worried it might take over! Did you buy seeds or collect them from the wild seed pods.
 
Breakfast kefir then a few tomatoes roast in olive oil served on hm LC toast and topped with poached egg.
Lunch smoked trout with salad and a few M and S seeded crackers ( found four packs when out on Monday) followed by a few strawberries and spoon of yoghurt then two squares of 90% chocolate
Dinner sea bream with local asparagus followed by lemon and ginger rhubarb cake ( must make another in a day or so as I've just enough garden rhubarb left to pick to make one for freezer)
 
Black coffee to go. No time for breakfast as I had to get to a speed awareness course (and didn’t want another ticket for rushing!)
Lunch: slice of corned beef, h/b egg and some salady stuff. Blueberries and coconut cream.
Dinner pork steak, ginger&tumeric sauerkraut, broccoli and a couple of stuffed mushrooms which looked good until I dropped them taking out of the airfryer. They landed upside down of course.

Coffee with cream. That's all the cream used up, so will be back to black coffee soon. Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. For some reason was very hungry today despite normal amounts of everything. Normally, cream in my coffee knocks out hunger pangs. Dinner steak with broccoli and cauliflower, 1 generous slug of brandy, 4 squares Monte's.
 
B - porridge 40g oats, blueberries and raspberries
S - walkers baked crisps
L - Tesco chicken sushi pack, latte
S- white chocolate and raspberry ice cream in a waffle cone (omg was lush!)
D - sourdough bagel, smashed avocado, 3rashers of bacon, 2 poached eggs with Alpro vanilla pot for pud and 1 sq of 70% chocolate

Quite a carby day as I went out to work with hubby today and was unprepared. It was such a lovely day that we had to have ice cream lol pre prandial bm was 10.4 even though it was 3 hrs after the ice cream! But post prandial, even with a bagel for dinner was 9.5!

I can’t believe it had gone down, I was prepared to go out for a walk as I thought it would be really high lol

I’ve ordered a trial of the libre to see how things affect me more closely
 
Breakfast kefir then keto granola with zero sugar almond milk followed by slice of hm LC bread toasted and spread with almond butter
Waiting in for boiler engineer this morning so decided to occupy myself by cooking the Panda Flour wraps for first time - thank you @DJC3 for reporting back when you made them. Very easy to do and just 100g of the low carb flour, salt and water. Photo taken later after one eaten for lunch!

Lunch filled one of the wraps with mashed avocado and smoked trout - delicious. Rest of wraps now frozen for future lunches.
Dinner chicken breast wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese served with a large roasted mushroom and green beans followed by a few berries and yoghurt

Ps boiler engineer eventually turned up mid afternoon and hot water thankfully restored.
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x2
Tuna sweetcorn and tomatoes
Cottage cheese
Strawberries and sour cream
Cheese tomatoes
 
Back to small frequent meals - I think I jumped back into my normal eating habits too quickly and my tum wasn’t thanking me.
1 slice of LC ginger cake ( it was meant to be toast but I took the wrong slice out of the freezer!)
1 slice LC toast 2 hrs later.
Cup of bone broth
1/2 LC roll with tuna.
1/2 portion of beef stew with a spoonful of cabbage and broccoli. I’ll have the other half tomorrow.

@shelley262 those wraps look great. I made the protein ones which contain tofu ( simply because I had some silken tofu and didn’t know what to do with it!) I shall try the plain ones next time. It’s good to know they are just as good.
 
Didn’t post yesterday as we were out in the evening but had chilli and cauliflower rice for dinner, today:

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: Spanish chicken with carrots and Brussels.
