Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: liver in onion gravy with brocolli, carrots and Brussels.
B- avocado and smoked salmon on a slice of LC seedy bread toast.
L- m&S chorizo crisps and far too many nuts
D- Sea bream, asparagus, sprouting broccoli and mushrooms. Eating early as we’re off to see Jethro Tull tonight - our fave band from back in the day!
Breakfast a few tomatoes roast in olive oil served on LC toast topped with a poached egg
Lunch smoked trout salad with sprinkle of seeds and two seeded crackers followed by LC lemon and blueberry scone
This afternoon I roasted some peppers and a whole garlic then cooled and peeled and deseeded them chopping them and mixing with olive oil and some basil -_some to use for dinner and the rest chilled for salads this week.
Dinner chicken fajita using a hm LC panda wrap - although too much filling made to roll it up! Fajita mix was asparaus, spring onions, wild garlic leaves, some of the roasted pepper and garlic mix, rest of roast chicken, a few slices of chorizo and chilli flakes. Warmed wraps and spread with hm hummus before filling with the fully heated up fajita mix.
Followed by a few berries with a spoon of yoghurt. @DJC3 hope you enjoy your Jethro Tull concert this evening.
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was a concoction of tinned tomatoes, minced beef, spring onions and a pepper. Followed by 4 squares of Monte's.

Dinner: carbonara made with low carb pasta with a generous sprinkling of parmesan.
Breakfast roasted a few small tomatoes in olive oil served on LC toast topped with poached egg
Lunch smoked trout salad followed by half of one of the six LC panda flour dairy free ginger spiced muffins I made this morning. It was lovely and sticky with a topping of syrup made with water, inulin, apple cider vinegar and grated fresh ginger.
Dinner sea bream served with local asparagus followed by a few berries and coconut cream.
