What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast- egg on LC toast.
Lunch - Ham salad LC sandwich followed by a DGF Crimbo Crumble. I stocked my freezer with DGF cakes when he announced he wasn’t making them any more and was sticking to LC chocolate. I was devastated, but having found how easy it is to bake with Panda flour now,I’m happy as Larry and actually prefer the more cakey texture.
Dinner- lamb Rogan Josh with cauli rice and watercress for colour. One of the panda flour rhubarb flapjacks to follow.

Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: strawberry and grilled halloumi salad with lemon and balsamic dressing.

B - high protein pancake with berries and tea
L - plain crisps, scotch egg, pear
D - omelette with cheese, tomato and ham with low fat jelly and a square of 70% dark choc with raspberries
 
@DJC3 agree with you 're the home Made lc cakes I also love the fact that Panda Flour recipes have dairy free options that work well plus easy to tweak and reduce the sweetener so less sweet to taste too. It was a difficult switch to start with after the convenience of the DGF cakes but now pleased I was pushed into baking again! I'm loving experimenting and baking again.
Breakfast scrambled eggs on LC toast
Lunch salad with rocket, radishes and some leaves and stems of some local beetroot ( I've also roast the beets in olive oil in parcels in the air fryer and they are in a container with a sprinkle of ACV in fridge ready for next salad!)served with mackerel fillets in olive oil. Followed by a few berries and spoon of yoghurt.
Dinner salmon with local asparagus followed by half a LC lemon muffin.
 
Breakfast keto granola with almond milk and one slice of LC toast with almond butter
Packed Lunch a LC roll with ham and a LC sausage roll followed by a LC rhubarb flapjack
Dinner reheated my last portion of hm LC lasagne served with salad and some of the beetroot I cooked yesterday - followed by a few berries and yoghurt

Usual brunch and teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was beef forerib with mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli, 1 glass red wine, just finished my 4 squares Mone's. If you like beef, forerib is a delicious cut, cooked "low and slow", worth a try. We are completely sold on it.

Breakfast roasted a couple of small tomatoes in olive oil served on LC toast topped with poached egg
Lunch smoked trout salad with half of a hm LC roll that I'd sliced into six slices to share with OH. ( whole roll in photo was just to show an unsliced roll - it's in fridge for tomorrow! Rest in freezer)

Dinner roast chicken dinner with sausage, sweetheart cabbage, asparagus and a few carrots and braised celery.

Followed by half a LC chocolate muffin.
 
B- smoked salmon and a scrambled egg on lc toast.
L- Bolognaise, sprinkle of grated cheddar and LC pasta ( haven’t tried the Panda pasta yet @shelley262 but I know you have and it looks much nicer than anything currently on the market) 1/2 a h/m LC chocolate muffin.
D- A few Garlic prawns and a bit of salad left over from yesterday’s ’Eurovision buffet’. The other half of LC chocolate muffin.

Lunch today was a lamb burger, and green beans, carrots and Brussels sprouts, with a mint gravy, and a few Jersey Royals. A snack later was a ham & mustard wholemeal sandwich.

Hi its been awhile

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs on buttered sourdough 2 mugs of black coffee

Snack boiled egg

Lunch cottage cheese, ¼ iceberg lettuce left over roasted pumpkin and some potatoes and yoghurt with green pepper sauce
Small slice of lemon protein cheesecake and a black tea

Dinner planning to have prawns but not sure what to have it with as yet but need to cook them today.

B- toasted mug bread
L- tomato mozzarella and basil salad. LC Panda flour brownie.
D-Huge Barnsley chop ( this is what happens when I send Paul to the butchers, he ‘supersizes’ everything!) with broccoli and cabbage. LC brownie.

Usual brunch. Teatime 3 dry crackers, as I accidentally picked up 3 and would have been unhygienic to put one back! Dinner was gammon steak with asparagus, one last glass of red wine that finished the bottle(boo hoo) and just finished my 4 squares of Monte's.

Breakfast a couple of small tomatoes roast in olive oil served on LC toast topped with a poached egg.
Lunch smoked trout salad and half a LC roll followed by a few berries and spoon of yoghurt
Dinner left over roast chicken and sausage served with a range of home prepared salads - peppers and garlic in olive oil, coleslaw made with some sauerkraut, chopped sweetheart cabbage, grated carrot, spring onion and avocado oil mayonnaise, roast beetroot sliced and put in container with some ACV, and tomato basil salad. Grew the basil and rocket and cos leaves mainly on windowsills .
