What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Medical appointment today, so didn't get brunch until after 2pm. Was starving by then. 4pm 2 dry crackers. Dinner was shortrib beef with cauliflower and broccoli, large glass brandy, 4 squares Monte's.
 
Breakfast keto granola with Almond milk and LC toast with almond butter.
Lunch small pieces of comte and stilton cheese with seeded crackers plus a few walnuts followed by a few berries and yoghurt.
Dinner chicken fajita using hm LC wrap - too much filling again so had to eat some of the spicy chicken, chorizo and peppers mix before could roll it up!I served with hm LC coleslaw.

Followed by half a hm LC lemon and blueberry muffin
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Chicken, Salad roll! Butter.
Ham and coleslaw. Tomatoes.

Monday...

Kippers and smoked salmon all day!
 
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: meat balls with tomato and mascarpone sauce, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.

Breakfast a few small tomatoes roast in olive oil served on LC toast and topped with poached egg.
Lunch two slices of of seeded lc toast served with almond butter followed by a few strawberries and yoghurt.
Have been getting through my LC bread from the freezer so made and baked another Panda Flour seeded loaf it will be cooled overnight as it slices more easily and thinner if left longer before slicing

Dinner sea bream, asparagus and cabbage followed by half a LC chocolate muffin.
Now on a water only fast until a fasting blood test in the morning. I tend not to feel hungry in the evening but I do normally have a decaffeinated coffee and a herbal tea each evening.

Today I had 2 boiled eggs for breakfast sprinkled with sea salt.
Lunch was a h/m Panda flour wrap filled with ham salad and kimchi. Coconut and lime chia pudding.
Dinner - Sirloin steak with asparagus, mushrooms and avocado. 1/2 a pumpkin spice muffin.

Brunch after blood draw scrambled eggs on a slice of LC toast and a much needed couple of cups of coffee
Snack later of a few strawberries with spoon of yoghurt
Dinner cheeseburger on a hm LC roll and salads. Followed by half a rhubarb, ginger and lemon muffin.

Usual brunch. Teatime 3 dry crackers. Dinner was pork rasher with mange tout, broccoli and French beans, and the usual 4 squares of Monte's to follow.
 
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese and mushroom omelette.

Lunch while out walnuts, a piece of comte cheese and a few seeded crackers plus a LC rhubarb flapjack
Dinner we should have been having a celebratory meal out in Liverpool with a friend but sadly all Worcestershire trains were cancelled as part of two day West Midlands Railways strike! Instead at home had gammon with a cheese rarebit topping and local asparagus followed by a few strawberries and yoghurt.
 
B- [emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]] second mug bread toasted and topped with M&S seedy nut butter.
L- Ham omelette
D- a big fry up! Bacon eggs and mushrooms. DGF Crimbo Crumble ( I found more boxes of DGF cakes in the garage freezer earlier!)
