What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Usual brunch and teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was gammon steak with French beans and mange tout. Just finished my 4 squares of Monte's.
 
Usual brunch and teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was egg mayonnaise with a huge green herby salad, 1 glass red wine, and 4 squares Monte's should come my way any time now.
 
Breakfast scrambled eggs on LC toast
Lunch a slice of low carb seeded bread served with cheese, a cooked and sliced small beetroot , a few home grown salad leaves and cheese.
Dinner chicken curry with fresh coriander followed by a pudding - not had in a few years - used a sugar free jelly dissolved in half pint boiling water then whizzed a handful of frozen berries in and then quarter of pint of cream when cooled. Managed 6 small portions and popped in fridge. Served with blob of thick cream and a strawberry cut into four.

Brunch was M&S seedy crackers with olives, cottage cheese and red pepper. Coconut and lime chia pudding with blueberries.
Dinner- Pheasant shawarma ( I still have loads of pheasant in the freezer, gifts from my neighbour) served with konjac rice. 1/2 a h/m LC chocolate muffin.
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Cottage cheese and corned Beef Tomato
Stir fry veg beef and chicken Brocholi
 
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: strawberry and halloumi salad with lemon and balsamic vinegar dressing (again!)

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small pieces of pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was roast chicken, asparagus, 1 glass red wine, and I'm just finishing my 4 squares of Monte's

Breakfast: fried egg on lc toast
Dinner roast beef with salads: celeriac remoulade, green beans in lemon and oo dressing with flaked almonds and feta, a mixed green salad (with leaves from neighbours garden). A Panda flour cheese scone with it. A couple of hours later- cold stewed rhubarb with coconut cream

Roast Pork!!!! Very late. My flat is 32 degrees at the moment.
 
Too hot to cook much so mainly cold food today:
Breakfast keto granola with no sugar almond milk and slice of LC toast with almond butter
Lunch as yesterday hm hummus with celery and nuts and a small salad
Dinner salads and mint raita with two smallish lamb chops followed by hm LC berry mousse.

Breakfast- a toasted LC cheese scone with butter
L- Chicken salad followed by coconut and lime chia pudding.
D- Slice of cold roast beef with celeriac remoulade and wilted spinach. A rhubarb flapjack to follow ( thanks @shelley262 for the recipe)

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small slices pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was one of Mr. Outlier's epic cottage pies with cheesy mash topping and asparagus, and 1 glass of wine. Just finishing my 4 squares of Monte's.

Breakfast: cookies and cream Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bolognese with sliced sautéed courgette, a few spots of sugar free ketchup and grated extra mature cheddar.

2 boiled eggs with a sprinkle of sea salt for breakfast.
Lunch was a mixed salad
Dinner cold beef - the last of Sunday’s joint, with asparagus and turmeric&ginger sauerkraut. A piece of rhubarb and ginger upside down cake.

Lunch salad and some cheese followed by a few berries and yoghurt
Dinner chicken fajita, using hm LC wrap, served with salad followed by half an upside down rhubarb and ginger muffin ( snap @DJC3)

Very carby (for me) today. Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small slices pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was gammon steak with broccoli, mange-tout, cauliflower, and 2 Jersey Royal new potatoes, 1 glass red wine, followed by 4 squares Monte's. Jersey Royals don't taste like they used to, maybe because most of the farmers don't use seaweed for fertilizer, but are still pretty good.
