Interesting thought on the taste of the potatoes.Very carby (for me) today. Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small slices pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was gammon steak with broccoli, mange-tout, cauliflower, and 2 Jersey Royal new potatoes, 1 glass red wine, followed by 4 squares Monte's. Jersey Royals don't taste like they used to, maybe because most of the farmers don't use seaweed for fertilizer, but are still pretty good.
