What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast a few small tomatoes roast in olive oil on LC toast with poached egg on top.
Baking this morning again made the new Panda Flour soft protein loaf which is soft and has a lovely crumb and six chocolate muffins.

Lunch had some bread with hm hummus on plus a salad and extra celery sticks followed by half a LC chocolate muffin
Dinner steak with salad, roasted peppers and garlic and mushrooms. Followed by a berry mousse.

Funny day today, even though cooler.
Ham and coleslaw Tomatoes
Strawberries and cream x 2
Cottage cheese tomatoes
Smoked salmon
 
B- Microwave mug bread, toasted with butter and marmite
L- More Panda baking here @shelley262 It’s so good to get back to ‘normal’ baking again isn’t it? - I made some individual quiches and had one.
D- Spicy air fried chicken thighs with stir fried veg and h/m satay sauce.

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small slices of pork pie with English mustard. Still hungry so followed that with 2 dry crackers. Dinner was gammon steak with French beans and broccoli florets. Hoping for my 4 squares of Montezuma's now.
 
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: bbq ribs with cauliflower and broccoli.

Brunch of another LC mini quiche a 90 second mug bread with marmite and 4 sq Montezuma’s.
Dinner - Out at a family celebration cold buffet, I took h/m LC sausage rolls and chicken goujons ( which had a pork panko crumb) and some h/m chicken liver pate with M&S seedy crackers. Strawberries for pud. Forgot photo which is a shame as it all looked quite good.
 
Breakfast keto granola with almond milk and slice of toast with almond butter
Lunch while out LC ham roll
Dinner lamb chops and tenderstem broccoli followed by half a LC rhubarb muffin.
Need to fast for 8 hours before an afternoon blood test tomorrow so may just plan for a longer fast and do a one meal day - not done a longer fast in a while but probably easier than a very early breakfast.
 
Fasted,water only, until blood tests at 3 at gp surgery only to be told by phlebotomist that I needed to be rebooked for tomorrow as courier had left and they didn't have right equipment to store the tests, gp had ordered, until next courier tomorrow! Gp had booked the time! At least got a 9.20 appointment for the morning so not such a long fast.
While cooking meal had some salted roasted mixed nuts to nibble as very hungry.
Meal of LC wrap with hummus and a cooked spicy chicken, garlic and peppers mix and a green salad from garden. Berries and yoghurt for pudding.

Brunch was LC bacon and avocado roll.
Dinner was a Barnsley chop with broccoli, spinach and green beans. Coconut and lime chia pudding to follow.
We’re away for a couple of days tomorrow so did some LC baking to take packed lunches and avoid Mway services. Cornish pasties ( no potato though!) and more individual quiches.

Early afternoon physio appointment today, so meals rather fragmented. Late morning Greek yoghurt and seeds, late afternoon 2 dry crackers, 2 wild strawberries, small bowl mixed nuts and a kiwi fruit. Boy, was I ready for it! Dinner was steak with mange-tout, French beans and cauliflower, followed by 4 squares Monte's.
