What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: omelette night!

Small Cuisinart ice cream maker. Double Cream, Truvia sweetener granuels (not much) and vanilla, unsweetened almond milk. It doesn't make much which in my case is good!

A LC muffin for a very early breakfast.
Late lunch from Pret: A smoked salmon protein plate, it was excellent and only 7.7 carbs
Home late this evening, stopped off at Coop and bought yellow sticker chicken thighs and mushrooms. Sautéed with garlic, shallots, red pepper, chorizo and spices. Quick, filling at tasty

I won’t be posting my food for a bit, long story but I have agreed to eat higher carb for a week as part of my annual diabetes review!
Hope you enjoy it and it doesn’t upset the numbers, @Rachox.
For breakfast I had scrambled eggs, with cream cheese whisked in, sautéed mushrooms, black coffee.
Midday coffee with coconut milk, which was really coconut milk with a shot of coffee.
Dinner will be fresh from the sea hake, fried in butter, tenderstem broccoli, cauliflower rice, fried with spring onion. A shot of beetroot juice, sugar free tonic water, followed by blueberries, greek yogurt, walnuts. A hot chocolate drink (using 85%dark choc with almond milk) late evening. Several glasses of water throughout the day.

Usual brunch plus 5 Alpine strawberries. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was lamb chump chop with asparagus, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares Monte's.

D- M&S Heritage gold sausages ( from the Just Ingredients range) small slice of lambs liver and some purple sprouting broccoli. / a LC pumpkin spice muffin.
@filly and @MommaE thanks for recommending Cuisinart, I was looking at the Lakeland ice cream makers originally but you’ve persuaded me re Cuisinart it’s on order! Now to find some good keto recipes. I’m v excited at the thought.
 
5 Alpine strawberris. 3 raspberries. Usual brunch. Teatime 1 buttered crumpet and 2 dry crackers. Dinner was beef shortrib with cauliflower and broccoli, 1 glass of red wine, 3 more raspberries 4 squares Monte's. Luxury!

Dinner today was a lovely minted lamb burger with green beans, Brussels sprouts and my weekly potato fix. And a snack later was some Greek-style yoghurt and some dark chocolate.

Breakfast was microwave mug bread and almond butter.
Sunday lunch of slow roast brisket, buttered cabbage, cauli cheese and green beans dressed with olive oil. Lemon and flaked almonds. 4 Sq Montezuma’s.
