What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

1 ripe raspberry. Brunch as usual. Teatime 2 slices of a small pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was gammon steak with green herby salad, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares Monte's.
 
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 2
Gouda x 3
Tomatoes
Harissa Lamb Rump Coleslaw and tomato
Smoked salmon
 
I forgot to eat breakfast. That’s never happened before. I came home lunchtime to find 2 cold boiled eggs and a slice of lc bread still in the toaster!
Lunch was a h/m LC pasty and 4 sq Montezuma’s AB
Dinner was mince with cabbage and beans followed by a Panda flour scone with raspberry chia jam and clotted cream - heaven!

B- yesterday’s forgotten breakfast - 2 cold boiled eggs and toast.
L- bacon sandwich (LC bread) followed by 1/2 a LC scone with raspberry chia jam
D- Thai red chicken curry with greens followed by the other 1/2 scone.
 
5!!! Alpine strawberries, 2 raspberries, usual brunch, teatime half a very small pork pie (think cocktail size) with English mustard, Dinner pork rasher with broccoli, mange tout and French beans, half a glass of wine, all that was left in the bottle so topped up my alcohol levels with a generous shot of brandy, 4 squares Monte's.

Homemade Keto vanilla ice cream
Smoked salmon

Back from holiday so a busy day baking and preparing salads for next few days.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs on LC toast
Then made the following salads, roasted peppers and garlic in olive oil, olives with herbs in oil, organic beetroot in ACV plus jazzed up some bought sauerkraut with some sliced sweetheart cabbage.

Lunch a mix of the salads above plus home grown leaves and a few nuts followed by a large strawberry sliced and served with spoon of yoghurt.
This afternoon made the new Panda Brioche rolls:

Dinner had cheeseburger with a range of salads

Followed by half a hm lc ginger muffin.

Followed by too many Apricots....shan't buy them again!
Cottage cheese

Blood sugar 9.4 late this evening. That was the blooming fruit.

B- Toasted mug bread with M&S Seedy nut butter.
L- ham and eggs followed by lc brownie.
D- Meatballs with M&S Everything Sauce (7.5g carbs/100g but I didn’t have 100g) and konjac penne. The penne was horrible, I don’t mind the konjac rice or noodles but this was tougher and felt like eating worms so I threw it out and just ate the meatballs. Panda flour scone with chia raspberry jam to follow.

Breakfast small portion of keto granola with almond milk followed by a few tomatoes roast in olive oil served on LC toast topped with a poached egg
Lunch salad made with a mix of garden leaves, roasted peppers, a few olives and nuts plus some hm hummus and stick of celery followed by a big strawberry chopped into a few spoons of yoghurt
Dinner roast chicken breast and chipolata served with a range of garden leaves, sauerkraut and salads.

Followed by half a LC rhubarb and ginger muffin served warm with spoon of cream.
 
7 raspberries. Usual brunch. Teatime 1 and a half dry crackers. Dinner was 2 eggs 2 rashers bacon, 1 high meat content sausage, small quantity mushrooms. 4 squares Monte's as usual.

Back low carbing now. My experiment with a higher carb intake has shown I can tolerate higher carb without affecting my blood sugar levels these days on a very small dose of Mounjaro, but to be honest I am happy to be back to the food I actually love. Higher carb would make it more difficult to maintain my desired weight and it made me feel ‘stuffed’. At least I can enjoy a small slice of wedding cake at my daughter’s wedding next week without worrying. Anyway today’s food:
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: strawberry and halloumi salad with lemon and balsamic dressing.

We’re away at our favourite Cornish hotel for a couple of days. Just black coffee this morning.
Lunch at a beach fish restaurant. Cornish megrim ( sole) with asparagus and mixed greens topped with Parmesan in place of the new potatoes advertised.
More fish tonight at a different place- grilled hake with salad.
