What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: cheese, tomato and mushroom omelette.

Today I used a voucher for a spa day at a lovely seafront hotel. Didn’t have breakfast but had an early lunch there of Omelette Arnold Bennet ( smoked haddock and cheese) with salad.
A couple of coffees and a couple of glasses of fizz throughout the day.
Dinner this evening was a quickly defrosted tub from the freezer - pheasant schawarma. Served in a LC wrap with avocado.
 
Down to earth with a bump today.
Breakfast was toasted mug bread topped with M&S super seedy nut butter.
L- Out at a beach cafe. Nothing suitable for me apart from on the children’s menu ! A small chicken fillet with green beans and broccoli.
D- Roast pork tenderloin stuffed with sun dried tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic and herbs. Buttered cabbage, sautéed mushrooms and shallots.
Looks a mess in the photo - I was trying to cut it diagonally to make it look fancy but I’d forgotten the cocktail sticks keeping it together so it got a bit mashed up.

Breakfast keto granola then a few tomatoes roast in olive oil served on LC toast and topped with a poached egg
No lunch at hospital for a scan
Hungry when back so sat in the garden with a cuppa and enjoyed my last LC panda scone with clotted cream and a few berries
Dinner cheeseburger in a LC brioche roll served with garden salad and a beetroot and red cabbage ferment.

2 Alpine strawberries, 7 raspberries. Usual brunch. Teatime 1 buttered crumpet. Dinner was shortrib beef with mushrooms, cauliflower, mange tout 2 new potatoes from the garden and one enormous runner bean. Lots of beef fat as husband doesn't like it. 1 glass red wine. Waiting for my Monte's.

Lunch small garden salad with a few nuts then one big strawberry and spoon of yoghurt.
Dinner salmon and asparagus followed by hm LC chocolate ice cream.

Out for breakfast- a full English as I was feeling reckless and even ate the sausage and grilled tomato ( not the beans though - they have no place on a breakfast plate!) happily no BG spike from the extras.
Mid afternoon snack of a LC coffee&walnut muffin.
Dinner was lasagne made with panda flour pasta and thanks to @shelley262 for inspiration. Tasted just as good as wheat based pasta, what a treat. Salad with it.

5 Alpine strawberries, 3 raspberries. Usual brunch. Teatime 2 small pieces pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was egg mayonnaise (2 eggs) and herby green salad, 1 glass red wine, followed by 4 squares Monte's.
 
Back on the straight and narrow after my daughter’s wedding yesterday that might have involved, Prosecco, brownies, chicken and chips, and wedding cake! ;)
So today after a black coffee and small Pain au Chocolat for breakfast :hungry:

Dinner: smash burger, 2x M&S ‘3 ingredients’ chipolatas. Mushrooms, green beans in French dressing, turmeric&ginger sauerkraut. LC coconut&lime cake
