What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Montezuma's 100% dark chocolate. An acquired taste, but one well worth acquiring for a deep dark chocolate hit with no sugar added. If you want to give it a try, I suggest working up to it via 75% and 80% varieties.

8 alpine strawberries, five raspberries, usual brunch, teatime 2 small pieces pork pie with English mustard, dinner was gammon steak with broccoli, mange tout and runner beans, 1 glass brandy, 4 squares of Monte's to follow.

No time for breakfast. Lunch was a fried egg on LC toast followed by 4 sq Montezuma’s AB.
Dinner was a cheeseburger in LC roll with salad. (There will be burgers for tea tomorrow too as I took some out of the freezer for yesterday’s bbq but they weren’t all used) slice of LC coconut and lime pound cake.

Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: kedgeree made with cauliflower rice.

H/m pecan and orange granola with organic soya milk for breakfast.
Lunch was LC French toast with avocado and turmeric&ginger sauerkraut. Slice of Panda flour coconut and lime pound cake.
Dinner - the last of the burgers served in a large grilled mushroom and topped with cheese. Mixed salad. Panda flour coffee and walnut muffin.

Do you still have CopyMeThat? The granola is in there ( I can’t figure out how to get the link off there though!) I added orange essence at the end as I didn’t think the orange zest alone gave much flavour. I also have another chocolate one on CMT which is very good. I make them both for my daughters now and again - they love them too. The recipes make a large quantity so there’s always plenty for me to keep.

Unfortunately I don't use Copy me that - I never really used it properly. No worries. I've still got a largish amount left of the keto granola - Maria Lucia bakes -I bought which is lovely and clean ingredients no sweeteners at all and has lots of macadamia nuts in it but it's pricey so was looking at finding a good recipe for when I ran out.

Here it is, finally figured it out in case you want to try:
I don’t eat granola often - I love it and tend to eat far more than I mean to!
I do keep a box of the M&S grain free granola in the cupboard for emergencies though.
