What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

Not having the best week.
Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 1
Tuna sweetcorn
Completely forgot to put the frozen strawberries in the freezer. By the time I realised they were completely thawed out. So for the rest of the day......Strawberries and cream.....
 
Breakfast kefir then keto granola
Lunch salad plus some hummus with celery and radishes followed by LC scone with cream and a couple of strawberries
Dinner cheeseburger with LC brioche roll and salads followed by LC chocolate ice cream

Breakfast egg on LC toast.
Lunch, cottage cheese and salad LC roll. LC Fudge ice lolly.
Had some very good news today so celebrated this evening with a dip in the sea and dinner at the beach diner - a seafood feast. Wonderful! And managed to get home before the thunderstorm set in.

Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: strawberry and halloumi salad with lemon and balsamic dressing.

B: 3 strawberries with ff greek yoghurt and 1 tablespoon milled seeds
Mid morning an iced coffee with cream
L: 2 hard boiled eggs with M&s olive oil mayonnaise and coriander chutney. Hand full nuts. More strawberries
Mid afternoon a coconut collab chocolate pot with 2 teaspoons cream
D: 3 m&s seedy crackers , 2 tablespoon of a hot pizza dip (reduced in m&s, tasty but not worth the carbs and money imho), cucumber and nuts. 1 strawberry with cream and 1 sq lidls 85% choc.

Haven't posted regularly for a while, but as weight and hba1c are creeping up, here I am back trying to stay true.
Won't be buying any more strawberries. I'd been leaving them out on the side and picking one or 2 everytime I passed. Mounting up to 400g every 2 days. !

Don't worry Mods, will curtail the chat from here on
 
8 Alpine strawberries, very tiny but so delicious! 5 raspberries. Don't seem to spike my BG, which was 5.9, which is a good morning reading for me. Usual brunch and teatime 2 dry crackers, for the carbs. Dinner was steak and asparagus, but I had a hospital procedure today and couldn't eat my steak, or my Montezuma's 100% dark choc - shows how lousy I was feeling. Struggled to sleep in the heat, too. Hospital beds - of which I have one at home - are very hot and sweaty, even with a cotton cover on the horrible plastic mattress.. Feeling better today thank goodness.

3 alpine strawberries, 3 raspberries, usual brunch plus the half a steak I didn't eat yesterday, dinner was green herby salad with 2 slices porkie pie with English mustard, 1 large brandy, 4 pieces Monte's.

Lunch salad with nuts and cottage cheese plus hummus, celery and radishes

Dinner salmon served with broccoli and French beans followed by a portion of LC raspberry mousse ( I used raspberry sugar free jelly dissolved in half a pint of boiling water, added a handful of frozen raspberries and a good dollop of double cream then blended with stick blender divided into six portions and put in fridge.) Served each with a spoon of thick cream and a strawberry sliced.

Edit forgot I had one of my hm LC chocolate fudge ice lollies this afternoon.

Good to see you back @MrsA2 I also find I need to post here regularly to keep on the straight and narrow. I do miss the chat though.
@Outlier sorry to hear you’ve not been well; double Monte’s for you when you have your appetite back. ( which I hope will be soon)
To keep on topic I had fried egg on Lc marmite toast for breakfast.
Lunch was Welsh rarebit ( Lc toast) and grilled bacon. A bit of Montezuma’s AB Easter egg I found in the back of the cupboard! (How on earth did I forget it?)
Dinner was mince&cabbage curry made in instant pot so kept the kitchen cool. LC coffee&walnut muffin to follow. Forgot photos.
 
Well today I ate exactly the same as I did yesterday and will probably eat the same tomorrow too!
 
4 raspberries, 3 Alpine strawberries. Usual brunch. Teatime 2 pieces pork pie, a bit bigger than I normally have, plus English mustard. Dinner was pork steak with green herby salad, 4 squares Monte's.

Dinner chicken curry and a hm LC protein flatbread followed by a hm LC chocolate ice lollipop
 
Black coffee and one tea with milk this morning.
Lunch was a tin of sardines and salad then a chunk of my Montezuma’s AB Easter egg.
Dinner- Fathead pizza made with Panda flour, which I preferred to the original almond flour version. ( and it’s lower carb). Another chunk of Easter egg.
