Today for lunch I had a lovely wagyu beef burger, with mash (I over-boiled the potatoes) and green beans, carrots and broad beans. And later I had some Greek yoghurt, Brazil nuts and some dark chocolate.
B: 2 scrambled eggs
L: tinned herrings in sauce with cucumber. 1 mini ice cream
D: roast lamb, 3 roast new potatoes (tiny ones), broccoli with parmesan, courgettes with tomatoes. A lc strawberry and raspberry mousse.
Several glasses wine. 2 chocolates (we were entertaining friends)
Breakfast of smoked salmon 1/2 avocado and a h/b egg.
Lunch tofu stir fry finished with sesame oil. L/c scone to follow topped with cream cheese and a sliced strawberry.
Dinner was sort of lamb biryani made with yesterday’s roast leftovers and assorted veg and spices. Chunk of Montezuma’s Easter egg.
Breakfast kefir, keto granola and slice of LC toast with almond butter
Lunch out took a LC ham roll with me followed by LC rhubarb flapjack
Dinner cold roast chicken served with salads followed by a few berries and yoghurt.
Breakfast: Chocolate Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: creamy garlic prawns with sliced sautéed courgette.
B. Ff greek with some added cream,milled seeds and a very small slice melon. I thought the melon was ripe but it disappointingly wasn't
L: cold lamb in lettuce wraps with tzatsiki. A raspberry cheesecake mousse
D: lamb hash. 75g blackcurrant ice cream with cream on top
Finally a walk in very pleasant temperatures
Breakfast kefir then a few tomatoes roasted in olive oil served on LC toast with a poached egg.
Lunch hm hummus with celery, radishes and a few nuts followed by a few berries and yoghurt.
Dinner chicken fajita with hm LC protein wrap served with green salad followed by half a hm LC lemon and blueberry muffin.
Edit forgot also had a small hm LC chocolate and almond butter ice lolly!
Medical appointment today so no brunch until 2:30pm, when it was the usual mixture. No teatime as late brunch. Dinner was gammon steak with broad beans and runneer beans given us by neighbour. You don't get fresher than that! She also gave Mr. Outlier a huge cake, which I am pretending I haven't noticed. One glass red wine and 4 squares Monte's for me.
B- toasted LC brioche with M&S seeded nut butter.
L- same as yesterday, tofu stir fry with soy sauce and sesame oil. 1/2 a LC chocolate muffin.
D-Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Steamed broccoli and grilled mushroom. The other half of the chocolate muffin.
Eggs for breakfast, ham and cheese for lunch, lamb stew with a few carrots for dinner. I snack on 3-4 medjool dates spread over a day for fibre. Lots of water and green tea and my glucose levels haven’t gone higher than 6.5.
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 slices pork pie with English mustard. Bigger slices than I normally have, but was hungry. Dinner was steak with runner beans, French beans and cauliflower, 1 glass red wine 4 squares Monte's.

I ate Lots of Panda Pantry bakes today, I’ve been busy making new and previously tested recipes over the last couple of days to fill my freezer.
Breakfast: A slice of seedy bread toasted.
Lunch: BLT in a protein roll. Slice of whole lemon cake ( a new Panda flour success)
Dinner: Pork stroganoff with L/c flatbread. 1/2 a L/c scone topped with cream cheese and a sliced strawberry.

Baked a panda flour loaf this morning as my slices for toast in the freezer were running low. Hot weather last week discouraged me from baking but lovely cool wind today.! Loaf now sliced and in freezer - I just take a slice out frozen and stick in toaster.
