What have you eaten today? (Low carb forum)

B- Ham and eggs then out to croquet comp all day. Took a packed lunch of LC seedy roll filled with beef, Gouda and mustard.
Dinner was a flat iron steak and salad ( not home grown sadly). Followed by a lemon and poppyseed muffin from the new batch I baked first thing this morning. Probably my favourite lc cake yet.
 
Breakfast: Honey Surreal with strawberries and coconut milk washed down with a black coffee.
Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: cappuccino and a slice off the edge of hubby’s fruit scone with cream and jam!
Dinner: lamb burger with cheese, rosemary jelly, salad and mayo.

Coffee and unsweetened almond milk x 1
Coffee apple strudel 1 small tray bake
Cheese and tomato
2 small smashed Beefburger coleslaw
 
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 slices pork pie with English mustard. Dinner gammon steak with asparagus. Just finishing my 4 squares of Monte's now.

Late morning: black coffee and a carb killa bar.
Skipped lunch.
Mid afternoon: black coffee and another carb killa bar.
Dinner: chicken salad with mayo and a few garlic and herb croutons.

Yesterday
B: 2 scrambled eggs
Iced coffee out with friends. Was not too milky.
L: prawns with lettuce , cucumber and a ready made pickled/fermented crunchy salad. Was too difficult to read ingredients or nutrition as orange print on clear plastic and the contents were yellow! Tasted slightly sweetest a little went a long way. A mini ice cream
D: 1 beef burger, 1 90% sausage, cauliflower and broccoli dressed with cheese
2 glasses Rose wine, with soda water

Today
Yoga, followed by an iced coffee. Way too much milk
L: 1 M&s cracker with 2 large prawns. Coffee shop quiche (left the pastry). An iced black coffee
D: salad with prawns and halloumi
 
Breakfast- toasted mug bread with ham.
L- LC wrap filled with beef and sauerkraut. LC Lemon poppyseed muffin.
D- Belly pork with buttered cabbage and broccoli. H/m vanilla and blueberry ice cream.

Yesterday had lamb with salad for main meal.
Today
B kefir then scrambled eggs on LC toast
L hummus with celery and radishes followed by a few berries and yoghurt
D cheeseburger served on LC roll served with salad leaves from the garden. Followed by half a LC lemon muffin.
 
Usual brunch. Teatime 2 crackers with hummus. Dinner was steak with broccoli, mange tout and runner beans. There will be 4 squares of Monte's shortly.
 
Too hot here to think let a lone eat!

Just black coffee this morning.
Lunch- Protein wrap with beef, avocado and ginger&turmeric sauerkraut. Made some Panda coffee&walnut muffins this morning so had one once cooled.
Dinner- BBQ at daughter’s - a thin steak, a M&S Heritage sausage and a lot of salad. Took a coffee&walnut for pud (while they all ate lollies).

Very early long dog walk this morning before it got too hot, then home for a good breakfast of soft boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado and toasted mug bread.
Lunch was a mini mushroom and courgette quiche I made with leftover veg and leftover panda pastry.
Dinner was sea bream and salad followed by another LC coffee&walnut muffin.

Went out for breakfast today. I had 2 black coffees scrambled eggs, halloumi, mushrooms and grilled tomato. Excellent local cafe, don’t know why we haven’t been there before.
Didn’t need lunch.
Dinner was pheasant casserole with one of my early morning bakes - cheese and garlic protein roll.

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was lamb chump chop, 1 new potato from the garden with cauliflower, broccoli and a couple of runner beans. No sign of any chocloate yet; I may have to grizzle.
