Getting back into habit of daily reporting is proving hard! I thought I'd only missed Thursday and Friday, but no Wednesdays missing as well, ho hum.

Wednesday, can't remember breakfast or lunch but evening meal was out in new (to us) pub. 2 starters, prawn, orange and fennel salad then chicken thighs (tiny weeny ones) with raita. Both very tasty and just right. One scoop of cherry sorbet, gave half to hubby. One white wine with soda

Thursday. Made a 6 egg fritatta with loads of broccoli, ham and cheese. Had a third for breakfast and a further third through the rest of the day. Had an epic off track involving some chocolate hazelnut biscuits.

Friday. The last of the frittata.
Then a very bitty day, generally snacking as I cooked ready for a bbq were are going today.
Was making mango and coconut sorbet for lactose intolerant friend. Didnt add any sugar but the mango was oh so tasty! Had far too many tastings.
Second dish I'm taking is sweet and sour aubergines, cut the 60g sugar down to 30g over 8 portions still gives a sticky sauce, with a tablespoon raisins. Again too many tastes as never tried this recipe before.
Didn't eat a proper meal at all, but some cheese and a mini ice cream or 2 disappeared at intervals.
Also 2 glasses spiced rum, which mixed with cold lemon and ginger tea makes a very acceptable no sugar cocktail .imho.

today didn't eat until 11:30. Lettuce roll ups with coleslaw, ham and brie.

Tonight is bbq next door, hopefully plain meats and salad but with far too much wine anything could fall into my mouth

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was gammon steak with broccoli, cauliflower and French beans, 1 glss red wine, 4 squares Monte's.

B- BLT in toasted LC seedy bread.
L- Beef&horseradish in LC cheesy garlic protein roll.
D- Chicken and mushroom pie made with Panda suet pastry crust. Steamed beans and Tenderstem broccoli. Slice of kC whole lemon cake - still frozen which was very refreshing.

Addendum: just having a cold Tennent’s Light lager. Only 0.7g carbs per 330ml can! It’s 3.4% alcohol and tastes like any other lager. It’s perfect in this weather.

Bbq was prawns and salmon starter with salads, then chicken breast. Pud was a really rich chocolate mousse I shared with my lactose intolerant friend, then 1 bite pavlova and 2 strawberries. Could have been a lot worse.
Best part of a bottle Prosecco.
And 2 after 8s

Ham and coleslaw
Blueberries and small yogurt
Mousakka

Usual brunch. Teatime 2 dry crackers. Dinner was herby green salad with chopped ham and egg mayo. 1 glass red wine. Hoping the chocolate turns up in a minute, but the courier is watering the garden.

Breakfast same as yesterday - a BLT
Lunch LC sausage roll made with Panda suet pastry with olives and feta. LC chocolate muffin.
Dinner also same as yesterday- chicken and mushroom pie with beans and broccoli. LC lime and coconut cake

Lunch today was a few high meat content pork sausages, with broccoli, green beans and a couple of small sautéed potatoes, with some home made onion gravy. And for a snack later I had some Greek-style yoghurt, cashew nuts and dark chocolate.

Feeling rough through the night and morning. Kept to clear herbal teas until 3pm iced coffee.
6pm 1 beefburger in lettuce wrap with 1 teaspoon coleslaw, 4 slices cucumber. A sugar free jelly with cream

Cottage cheese and tomatoes
Ham and coleslaw
Tomatoes
So hot here my still water is bubbling. No wonder my sugars keep going up!

A mix of being away and busy has kept me from posting for a few days - generally low carb. Today:
B kefir then scrambled eggs on low carb toast
L nuts and cheese followed by hm LC chocolate ice lollipop
D lamb chops, salad leaves from garden, a mushroom and spoon of beetroot sauerkraut.

Followed by a few berries and cream.

Usual brunch. Will it ever change? I don't think so, because I really enjoy it and it's very healthy. Teatime 2 slices pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was grilled pork rasher with asparagus, 1 glass red wine, 4 squares of Monte's.

Black coffee x3 until lunchtime of ham&cheese protein roll followed by 4 sq Montezuma’s AB
Dinner of pheasant casserole, again. I’m getting mighty fed up with pheasant and I’m not especially keen on it but we still have loads in the freezer and it’ll be the Glorious 12th again before we know it. ( which means our lovely neighbour will give us more)
Forgot photos of todays food so here’s the LC chicken pie and sausage rolls I made on Saturday
