Breakfast kefir then roasted a few garden tomatoes in olive oil served with LC toast and topped with poached egg.
Lunch celery, hummus and a few nuts followed by a few garden raspberries and spoon of yoghurt.
Made some lemon muffins this afternoon with panda flour and using their whole lemon recipe which blends a whole lemon including peel, pith and pips - wonderful lemon flavour and adds to the fibre! I prefer muffin size as easy to portion and freeze - one muffin is usually halved for an individual portion.

Dinner chicken and vegetable curry ( used a 'getting too big' courgette and some beans from garden) served with coriander leaves followed by half of LC chocolate muffin served with a few berries and spoon of cream.

Brunch of eggs halloumi and avocado.
Dinner was the most bland and boring meal I’ve ever had. I don’t know what possessed me! A slice of roast chicken without skin, steamed cabbage and cauli with a knob of butter. I won’t bore you with a photo of such pale fare. Pud was better, another unsweetened rhubarb and cinnamon crumble.

2 crackers with hummus, 1 piece Manchego cheese appx 2 oz, 2 raspberries from the garden. Usual lunch, no teatime meal, dinner was steak with runner beans from the garden and cauliflower from Lidl. We had dinner in the garden, which was lovely except for the insect life that wanted to share it! No sign yet of my Monte's.

Breakfast in a hurry was a LC roll with cottage cheese and ham.
Mid afternoon lunch/dinner of cold buffet: chicken and gammon, h/m coleslaw and a Greek salad. Strawberries and raspberries to follow.
Early evening: tea and LC Parkin, I made a batch yesterday for my Barnsley born husband to celebrate Yorkshire day.
