Yesterday had a birthday treat of a fillet steak for dinner. Today:
Breakfast currently buying Welsh goats semi skimmed milk kefir which I have 100ml of daily but instead of drinking it on its own I've started to pour it on my low carb granola instead of almond or soy milk. Works well for me. Also had slice of LC toast spread with crunchy almond butter
Lunch salad and hm hummus followed by a few garden raspberries and spoon of yoghurt.
Dinner pork medallions served with garden beans, leeks and mushrooms followed by half a LC lemon muffin.

Hope you had a lovely birthday, fillet steak is a good way to celebrate.
Is the semi skimmed kefir lower carb? I’ve never thought to look but it often seems the case with yoghurt and other dairy products. (Can never figure out why though)

Breakfast - 3 oz goats' cheese with 2 crackers and hummus. Usual lunch. Teatime slice of pork pie with English mustard. Dinner was steak with cauliflower and runner beans, followed by 4 squares Monte's.

Today I thought I was having eggs on a toasted puffet for breakfast but it turned out to be a LC sweet scone ( label had rubbed off in the freezer) tasted ok though.
Lunch was ham and tomato and a cheese scone. Frozen blueberries and cream.
Dinner: pork chop, green beans and stuffed mushrooms. 1 small glass of the white wine my daughter bought back from Greece for me.

Interestingly yes it is the full fat version is 2.4g carbs per 100 and the lighter version is 1.3. It's definitely slightly sharper in taste but I prefer it and I'm enjoying having it with low carb granola.
