Had lunch around 1pm today, was late by an hour for dinner usually have around 6pm, so had hunger pangs and was a little worried fasting reading would be low. It was 7.9 which was unusually high, normally would be around low 5's. So decided to take it again, now dropped to 5.4 in a minute...so...

Since switching to slow release tablets my fasting levels range between 5 - 6 as opposed to 4's and occasionally 3's. Happy...anyone else levels improved since switching?

Before being diagnosed I was having strong palpitations, even had the ECG monitor overnight. But what I have noticed on the occasions my bs fasting levels are between 7-8 the palpitations start again, an symptom indication levels are going high, I suppose...does this happen to anyone else?
