9 ingredients for flexible, healthy recipes

Not forgetting a few dessert ingredients:
1. Strawberries

3. Coconut
4. 85% + dark chocolate
5. Nuts
6. Seeds
7. Almond flour
8. Psyllium husk powder
9. Extra thick double cream

I also find it odd that people seldom mention fish and other seafood.

Lupini beans,eggs, olive oil, sour cream, beef, chicken,fish, 100% chocolate, Tofu, Jalapeno, hard cheese,cottage cheese. Plus fibers eg Acacia and psyllium.
