Breakfast 50g of Tesco's high protein Granola no added sugar.

Lunch Tin of John West Mackerel fillets in BBQ sauce with salad ( Celery, Iceberg lettuce, home grown Tomatoes, Red Onion). (first time since diagnosed)

Dinner Treat Mixed meat Kebab (Chicken and Lamb Doner meat) with Salad and Chilli peppers. (left the pitta bread) Sugar free Jelly and a vanilla flavour Nestle Lindahl's Kvarg ( These are very low in Carbohydrate)

BG before dinner 5.0, 2 hours later 6.9.

Exercise - Couple of hours normal work on small holding.

B: skipped
L: Sunday lunch out with the fam, probably last one this year given the way prices are going! Mixed grill, chicken tikka, lamb seekh, roast beef, chickpea curry (no naan, rice or roast potatoes). Tiny pieces of chocolate mud cake, mango cheesecake, pistachio cake. Even all together they fell well short of what I would call a regular slice of cake :angelic: I know I can't handle that much sugar/carb.
