Hi everyone! Am I the last to discover Dr. David Unwin?

I was scrolling through youtube last night and found Dr. David Unwin, who was giving a talk in Manchester (UK) and I was totally enthralled with it.
He will hopefully one day get through to ALL of our GP practices and help them to see the light concerning Low Carb eating ... which he introduced to his own patients .. and it leading to Type 2 remission in over 90% of his own patients!
Absolutely fascinating gentleman who freely gives his talks in the hope of making a difference. If you never watched here's the link

Being lazy, and not searching. I'm certain he had a thread answering questions on a thread on the forum a few years ago.

Him and his wife do so much to help Type 2s. They are both on X (formerly Twitter) and never cease to spread the word about the effectiveness of low carb for reducing blood sugar levels . David is @LowcarbGP and Jen is @drjenunwin, both are worth following. I met them both at a DCUK event a couple of years ago, they are genuinely lovely people.

I have had the pleasure of meeting David Unwin, several years ago in a meeting.

lovely, lovely man, interested in people and their stories and very much into learning FROM patients as well as sharing his own experiences and knowledge. The polar opposite of my current GP.

I wish he was my GP.
