Even without exercise and Doughnut BG 4.3 is amazing.
It was taken 6 hours after my last meal, which was a lowish carb lunch.

Plus, in isolation a doughnut isn't too bad, 30g of carbs and plenty of fat to slow down absorption. It becomes a problem with one every morning with a coffee!

The 4.6 is great news. FBG looks like you are still getting a little dawn phenomenon. Just be patient, this is always the last measure to come down. If you can get BG down yo under 5 less than 3 hours after carb rich snacks you are definitely moving in the right direction.

1530: Iced black coffee (25g carbs) - it had been left in fridge.
2015: Pork noodle soup.
2100: 6 glasses red wine, some peanuts, 1 skewer spiced chicken bums - they were the bit at the end of the chicken where tail feathers are attached.

Fbg 5.4 today, and hangover.
