Thanks. I have been trying all sorts of exercises plus what to eat; how much and when.There was the times I was too busy (on a duty of being mum,wife and a daughter's in law ) forgetting my meals times and fruit for morning snacks.
Here comes the craving for sweet things.I suppose you learn all about the conditions from the others therefore you Will get better in some cases reverse the Diabetes.
