5.7 today. Was hoping it might be lower as I had a very low carb day yesterday but not to be. Just tested before my chicken salad dinner and it's 5.2 so I'm very happy with that.

6.3 at 5:40 am, I grabbed some black cooking chocolate melts last night while my partner was making some easter stuff. It's just milk chocolate with some extra colouring in it.

Sweet as all #$@%, nothing like Cadbury's Rum and Raisin black chocolate, or Bournville's cooking chocolate of yesteryear.
