6.2 this morning. Bloods were all good. Hba1c was 37 but have moderate arthritic changes in my knee. Referred to a knee clinic so will see what tips they can give me.

4.9 (on 2nd attempt as the 5.4 reading seemed a little high considering my low carb day yesterday) much happier with that so that's the one in running with

4.1 @ 07.36 (LCHF dream whilst I was in Abu - Dhabi, ribs and steak out of this world, and deli counters with tuna, salmon (several ways), salads. There was of course loads of carbs, but just as much LCHF choices.
