I think it’s just the way it is @Allypally. I’ve been in the 9s with my FBGs this week but I don’t think I’ve done anything wrong. Is 6.5 high for you? What did you eat yesterday?

My morning readings are permanently up and down in the 6s - no stability. I wish I could say I’d eaten a huge plate of spaghetti Bolognese yesterday - but I didn’t!! Instead I had a small grilled steak and salad for lunch and made fresh asparagus soup in the evening.

5.6 today a bit high for me, too much ‘joined up meat’ (as my Dad calls it!) yesterday sirloin steak for lunch and gammon steak for a very late dinner. Hope that the explaination rather than my drop in Metformin last Saturday?
