    Morning all,

10.9 today. Currently trying eating to my meter, but had too heavy a carb day yesterday. I need to draw back from this, as eating starchy carbs is making me wake up at 2am craving food and going to the fridge, ugh!

So a black coffee with a little butter this morning.

Think I’ve got that lurgey too - I’ve been putting it down to an allergy to daughter’s cat for a couple of days but yesterday started with achy limbs earache and headache etc too.
Hope you feel better soon, have you got work today?

Don’t let it get you down @Jemz . Hard I know, at times. Stress lack of sleep and rice are a killer combo for bgs. Hopefully you’ll have a better day today.

6.3 after a very low carb day, but 1 glass white wine was probably 1 glass too many. My excuse at the time was that the coolness soothed my sore throat but maybe iced water would do that too....

6.4 at 7.25 am. Bedtime reading was 5.8 at 11.05 pm ... though it was after 2 am before I fell asleep. Brain buzzing for some reason.
