    Protein eh? The carnivore diet is trending hereabouts and you had lost weight. Couldn't be gin and soda or glass? of red - Ockham's razor not sharp in Devon?:angelic:

    No idea why as very low carb yesterday and no chocolate at bedtime, but it is what it is and its 6.1 this morning at 6.30a
