I was in Thailand a few years ago,hot weather made my BG high.

Yesterday I had my best ever BGs below 8 almost all day after a boozy Friday night, today has been higher but good for me, between 7 and 9 which is still good for me.

A very respectable number for a very lovely lady. I hope your husband continues to recover and the ailing grandchild has recovered enough to be very excited about Christmas approaching.

Thankyou for asking Ian. Roddy still has a troublesome cough but no infection. Grandchild is back at school awaiting more blood results but yes Christmas is uppermost in her thoughts. I expect your Grandchildren are the same.
