Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    5.1 today. The 3 year old will remain in Southampton until the tree goes down - so all good. The 6 year old will probably only be here boxing day - may have to tell him those lights were old and failed Elf and safety:angelic: Have yourselves spiffing days one and all but especially the McDowell family..

    A good reading is one that’s lower than usual but above 4 or 5 . I’m happy with a 7 many people are devastated by a 7. If you get a downward trend you’re getting there, good luck

    So if I'm above 6 that's like a normal reading or just good for a pre diabetic reading?
