5.5 at 0550hrs. Yesterday’s highest reading was 7. Tomorrow is quarterly GP check-up (HbA1 etc) with an hour-long ‚discussion‘ with his practice assistant, who now specialises in diabetes, thrown in for good measure. Am not over enthusiastic about that. Might have been more receptive a year ago when I was diagnosed. Mal schauen!

fbs@ 0651was 6.5 (yesterday fbs 6.0 ) p.m 7.0 one hour after a latte and a small chocolate cake in cafe thirty minutes later down to5.9
did have some beer and pistachio halva lateish though...
tested again at 1059,,, 6.0

" " at 1500... 5.2

Be very careful Metformin blocks liver dumps and you need this pathway with extended fasting.
