Could be out for a while as Julie is watching Primeval. Trouble is the 13.5 year old Labrador is shattered already having been out while she watched some programme about hospitals. My fault for knocking down so many walls to make everywhere open plan

I bought some Shirataki noodles because a whole packet only had 0.5gms of carbs. That was a ‘once and never again’ experience. Just not my thing - but I had good intentions.

We have filled numerous wheelie bins with "once and never again" foods and recipes suggested on here so you have my sympathy.
