8.9 this morning, although it was 11.5 yesterday. Not sure why, but cutting out chocolate from today to see if it helps. I am rather too much in love with the stuff

well i was pleasently suprised by the noodle dish ..garlic chilli parsley and anchovies and olive oil for the sauce ...konjac and soy protein shiritaki noodles i guess.. made a change....
